Purchasing Policies:
- I do not offer exchanges, cancelations, or returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will try to rectify the issue.
- By purchasing, the customer understands and agrees to pictures of their purchased painting/item being used in future designs for this store. This includes, but is not limited to: creating stickers, prints, cards, and adverstisements with photos I have taken of the painting(s).
- I do not authorize the use of my products for redistribution or resale.
Shipping Policies:
- The customer is solely responsible for entering the correct name and shipping address at checkout.
- Once the item(s) have shipped, it is completely out of my hands. I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If, in a rare occurrence something arrives damaged, please contact me and I will find some way to resolve the issue.
Turnaround Times:
- My turnaround times vary by item, but in general please refer to the estimates below. These estimates do NOT include shipping times.
-Custom item: 4-6 weeks for creating and processing.
